নীলা অম্বৰৰ তলত
ধৰাৰ সুকোমল সাৰুৱা বুকুত
কাঁইটিয়া গছৰ মাজে মাজে
বতাহৰ তালে তালে
নাঁচি নাঁচি সুবাসিত কৰা
প্রেম সিচৰিত পাঁহি ভৰা গোলাপ তুমি৷
তোমাৰ সতে নিবিৰ বন্ধুত্ব 
হাতৰ মুঠিত নতুবা চার্টৰ তলত
মাজে মাজে বিচৰণ আছিল তোমাৰ
তোমাৰ কাঁইটিয়া ধেমালিত
আঙুলিত আঁচৰ, চার্ট ফটা
সাধাৰণ যেনহে আছিল৷
জীৱনৰ প্রৱাহমান নৈত উঠি
সাগৰৰ কাষ পাইছোহেঁ
মোৰ বাট আই নৈৰ দৰে পৰিবর্তন হল
অভিমানী সাগৰেও হাতবাউলি নিদিলে
সাগৰৰ অনুভৱত সময় গল৷
তুমি ভাল নলগা হলা
তোমাৰ কাঁইটো শত্ৰু হল
যেনিবা মোৰ কাষত তুমি মূল্যহীন৷৷
স্মৃতিৰ দলংখন উন্নত হল
মোৰ বাট সলনি হল৷
তোমাৰো অস্তিত্ব নোহোৱাৰ দিশে,
এদিন মানাহৰ বুকুত বিলিন হবা
ক্ষন্তেকৰ শত্ৰু যদিও
আজীৱনৰ বন্ধুত্ব
